2024 Anniversary support

Sunny Side Creative and B’More Clubhouse were already working together on a variety of projects when the request came in: could we create event materials in support of its 15th anniversary celebration? Our answer: heck yeah!

B’More Clubhouse is such a cool organization with a truly unique mission. Dedicated to inviting individuals with mental illnesses to rejoin the momentum of daily life, the Baltimore clubhouse is a shining star in the Clubhouse International universe. Included in our to-do list was a sponsorship packet, an invitation, an anniversary logomark, auction packet, and more.

We started with the sponsorship packet first. We knew it needed to highlight the organization’s impact in a way that stood out. With icons, numbers, and callouts, an infographic was the perfect way to tell its story. We also helped identify sponsorship benefits and tiers to support B’More Clubhouse’s fundraising goals. And before we even finalized the design, B’More Clubhouse already landed its title sponsor — way to go!

From there, we moved onto the invitation. We had so much fun creating the anniversary logo, using B’More Clubhouse’s keyhole mark as a starting point. The keyhole represents both a journey and an unlocked door. By creating a line that links the anniversary information to the logo mark, we’re reflecting on the journey already taken and the journey yet to come.

We then applied it to the additional materials needed for the event, such as an auction packet to help solicit donations for the silent and live auctions, both of which were taking place during the event. And of course, we made sure all of this was easily found on the B’More Clubhouse website.

Across all materials, we focused on reinforcing both brand recognition and event recognition. Brainstorming names is always one of our favorite things to do, and spurred by one of the board member’s suggestions of leaning into the anniversary theme, we came up with “Crystal Clear Vision: 15 Years of B’More Clubhouse.”

We love working with the folks at the clubhouse and were so happy to be able to facilitate their communications needs for this milestone anniversary!
