We know that different organizations have different needs when it comes to websites. That’s why we offer two options: websites fully designed in Squarespace* and websites fully built in WordPress.

During our initial conversation, we’ll discuss your goals and priorities, your key users, your content needs, and your desired functionalities to determine which platform makes the most sense for you. And then, we’ll get right into it!

All of our website packages start with a discovery and site planning phase — think of it as identifying the gap between where you are and where you want to go.

Then, we’ll focus on your web copy, with a key focus on these three things:

• Does your content tell your user what you do and how you do it?
• Is the language accessible to your average user?
• Does it convey your brand’s tone and personality?

Now that we have a clear sense of who you are, what you do, and how you do it, we can use that knowledge to inform your site’s overall design! We’ll talk about:

• Your design inspiration
• Your colors, fonts, and other brand style elements
• Ways to organize your content that are visually appealing

It goes without saying that your site will be mobile-friendly, but we’ll say it anyway!

Then, we’ll have a “First Look” meeting — which is exactly what it sounds like. Now is the first time where you can see everything in one place! We do some tinkering and refining, and then comes the big kahuna: launch! (This is the part where you get to tell everyone about your new website and watch your traffic increase majorly!)

Of course, we would be remiss if we didn’t include training. We want you to feel empowered to make adjustments to the site as needed as you grow and evolve.
